Alan and another guy came out and inspected the house we wanted to buy. With the 2 of them they covered the entire house getting on the roof and looking in the crawl space. They produce 2 reports. One that is an over all inspection the other is more important items that should be addressed. Very nice and professional. They point stuff out that is well done and stuff that needs attention. This is important since we were buying the house and made part of our decision on the information they provided.
