Early Tuesday morning after traveling from California straight shot with kids dogs cat and the 5 years worth of stuff, I could not be bothered unloading and moving everything to there respective places. So I called Scott and he is just what his business is called WHITE KNIGHT. I called Scott about 8 am he said his guys are out in jobs already but will call a couple of his guys who are on days off, and get back to me with in 10 minutes or so. Well true to his word he called back in about 15 minutes. He said one guy would come in to help and he would personally come too to make up the extra hand., he arrived no more than an hour later What took 2 days to pack. These guys had it completed unloaded and staged in respective rooms within an hour. Scott has a minimum of 2 hours of work which I was more than happy to pay given the circumstances and his Get it done attitude. I couldn't have had a better experience

It went really well.  To our surprise, the same driver who supervised the packing and loading in North Carolina ended up delivering and helping set up in Oregon even though we were not guaranteed that this would be the case.  His name was John and he was really professional, friendly and easy to work with.  His crew was fine too.  No complaints at all.   I'm sorry I can't remember the cost of service but it was very reasonable and more than competitive with the other quotes we got for the service.
Moving out of North Carolina it was not called White Knight -- that was the name of the company at the Oregon end.  We booked through Mark 1 Moving and Storage in Greenville, SC.  Wheaton World Wide Moving was the moving company which was over both White Knight and Mark 1, I believe.
Mark, from Mark 1 was the one who estimated the load and he was also very good, accurate and friendly.

White Knight Movers were absolutely fantastic, and I recommend them most highly!  We have moved 4 times (with moving companies), and have NEVER had an experience this pleasant!  The company is a family business, so the teamwork and communication between husband & wife is efficient and effective.  They worked alongside their other employees (for packing, loading, unloading), and seemed to have a great rapport & sense of humor.  Everyone worked hard and long, but still was cheerful and had great attitudes (which can be a challenge when moving!).  There were many ways they went the extra mile for us -- one instance was when my parents' car needed engine coolant, and we didn't have time to get it serviced, so they brought some from their own shop and helped my husband to put it in the car.  They were worth every penny of this move, since they facilitated so many small details, and really made my parents feel at ease and comfortable.  They have many years of moving experience, and their quality shows. We are extremely pleased, and would recommend them unconditionally.
