They were outstanding. I got 50 down and 25 up. Their customer service is great. I had technical difficulties on a holiday once and they guy called me back and said reboot the router. I did and it worked fine.

WHEN I LIVED IN CORVALLIS, OR. I HAD COMCAST. COMCAST WAS GREAT. MINET IS NOT GREAT. JASON AT MINET TOLD ME MINET IS AT LEAST 2 TO 3 YEARS AWAY FROM EVEN COMING CLOSE TO PROVIDING THE TV SERVICE ONE GETS FROM COMCAST.







AS BEING 60 YEARS OF AGE AND DISABLED, I HATE MINET FOR TELLING ME TO UNHOOK THEIR CRAP AND DRIVE IT TO THEIR CITY SUBSIDIZED OFFICE FOR REPLACEMENTS AND BEING EXPECTED TO BE BOTH A and quot;CABLE GUY AND ELECTRICIANand quot; BECAUSE THEIR PRODUCT IS CRAP, AND ALL THE WHILE I'M PAYING THEM FOR DOING THEIR WORK!
