The second time was for our dryer - about a week after the fridge. This time they came out very promptly and even had the part the next day! It was amazingly fast service.
Long story short I would absolutely call Master Appliance for any service needs in the future and I would recommend them to anyone who needs something fixed.
They are always really careful. 2 repair guys, I've known one of them for years. They are always really courteous and really friendly. You know, small town. They do a pretty decent job of fixing stuff. They clean up after themselves. They're real honest about what they can't do.
Everything I've ever asked them to do, they've either been able to get the parts and do it or they've been able to say, this may work or it may not. I don't hesitate to pick up the phone and call them if something is going on.
They are a lot cheaper than others that would come by a long shot.
They are not always prompt but they come as quickly as they can fit you into their schedule.
