Wow - what a lovely experience for such a nasty task! Ray was terrific, funny and personable, very friendly and great with kids. It took a while to locate the dead mice due to a funky construction 'feature' of our home, but once found, Ray made quick work of removing the little stinkers. If I remember, Ray kindly came out on an emergency call, a Saturday I think, and that's why our bill was $400 or so.
