Chimney Repair
Ray Zeida and his son were very nice to work with and did a good job. Ray originally turned the job down, because he was getting out of the chimney repair part of his business. However, when the company he recommended couldn't do the work, he agreed to take on the job. The work took longer than expected because of several problems receiving wrong parts from the supplier. Despite that, I'd still call Ray for future chimney repairs or cleaning (or wildlife control problems, the main part of his business). Ray charged me his original cost estimate, even though I think the job took longer than he anticipated.
