Ron and his son did an outstanding job! This was potentially a very disruptive process, but they made it as uninvasive as possible. Perhaps more important, they did a beautiful job in restoring the floor. We have been living with a hole in our kitchen floor for some time, but once they repaired it they had to show us where it had been! We also had an area which had originally been surfaced in tile, and Ron and his son feathered in new oak flooring such that the change is barely visible. They were very responsive to our scheduling needs, and they made it as easy as it could possibly have been. We would recommend them very highly!

They were very unprofessional. They scuffed baseboards, requiring re-painting throughout. They left the building unsecured, and didn't clean up after the job. They left cigarettes and cigarette packages lying around the job site, smudges on interior doors, the kitchen range unplugged and out of place, and debris from the job for owner to clean up.
