The office staff, I believe it was Ed and Tiffany? , were very informative as far as where to set the tank, as well as to answering the questions and concerns that I had for being a first time "big tank" user. I have experience with hooking up and operating bbq tanks, but as you can guess this is a little different. Their serviceman called the night before to confirm my 9 o'clock appointment and he was on time. Once the outside work was complete they completd a system safety check and leak test ( at no charge ) and actually located a minor leak from a flexible gas line that was not tightened by a different appliance installer. I am on the route system and have a card on file making it really convienient. If the staff reads this thank you again! - Frank and Angie Side note - I was referred by a neighbor. The neighbor was previously with suburban propane and paid $5.85 a gallon. He has since switched to pacer and is paying under $2 per gallon. They informed me that if I were to refer a customer thier way that I would get a kickback for it.

Russ arrived on-time. He evaluated the situation, discussed it with me, and started in to work. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it very professionally. I have some experience in the field and I can say I cannot imagine anyone who could do this job better than Russ did. Highly recommend!

They are really convenient; when we need to reorder, we give them a call and they come on the same day of the week. Their service is good. They always come when they say they are coming. I don't have anything to compare them with.

Pacer Propane comes to our home to fill our propane tank. They are the cheapest in our area for propane fill service. They figure based on our usage when we will need to fill up again. We have never ran out of propane.
