One of the best experiences I've ever had hiring a contractor. They started the demolition of garage floor and exterior steps on a Monday. By Wednesday the wooden structure supporting the garage floor was rebuilt, and new garage floor was poured, as well as the cheek wall portion of the staircase. Thursday/Friday the same week, the driveway and removed, and re-poured except for the city-right-of-way portion (driveway apron) which was held up by city inspection schedule. Once the City inspector gave a thumbs up, the staircase and driveway apron were poured. I couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism of the entire crew.
