We were told that our plumber would arrive between 10:30-noon on Monday. At 12:30, I called and left a message asking where he was, and received a call back saying he was going to lunch, and would be at our house around 1:30. We are preparing this house for move-in - nobody lives there yet.
When he arrived, he told us that he thought our appointment was in the afternoon. He was the same person I had called and made the appointment with in the first place.
He took about an hour to replace the wax seals. There was some water on the floor afterwards, which we assumed was because he just didn't clean up after himself.
Tuesday morning, we went to the house for something else, and found that one of the toilets was now leaking profusely all over the floor. We called Molalla Plumbing, and we were told he wouldn't be there until Thursday.
Thursday morning, he spent several hours checking the seals and fixing the leak. He never found where the leak was coming from, or what caused it, but was able to stop it. He did not charge us for the followup appointment.

They are very knowledgeable and very responsive.  Everytime he does, it?s done right.  The cost is quite pricey bit it?s worthwhile, plumbing is something you don?t want to compromise.   

I give a ?B? on punctuality because just one day he neglected to show up and forgot to tell us.   

Most of the jobs had problems that needed to be solved - valves that leaked, inadequate drain facility, even an out of round hole in the porcelain of the bidet. Ken patiently solved all the problems, never giving up until we were both happy with the outcome. Molalla Plumbing will be my go-to company for all my future plumbing needs.

We contracted with Molalla plumbing to reset the toilet, run new pipes for a sink, and bathtub drain, and replace the old pipes in the older part of our house. When they were finished, the toilet was not reset and the pipes for the older part of the house were not complete. The plumbers were very difficult to communicate with and didn't even tell us about a second appointment they scheduled while they waited for parts. What was supposed to take a couple of days ended up taking over two weeks; and even then, the work wasn't completed.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY DID EVERYTHING I ASKED WITH OUT ANY PROBLEMS. I REALLY DIDN'T DEAL WITH THEM THAT MUCH, MY HUSBAND WAS THE ONE WHO DID.
