KAYE'S CLEANING

The two women were prompt and congenial; the work that was done, was done well. However, when I called to question the undone cleaning, Karen said she would give me a credit for ''next time'' rather than complete the work or refund my money. When I tried to reschedule, we ran into the problem of my having to pay in advance (since I would not be home when she finished). Since I am not willing to do this without checking the work, I don't see how I can ever collect on this.

I had such a positive experience with Kaye's Cleaning with a prior job, that I called them back for this rental property. Just as before, they were prompt, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. The house was wonderfully cleaned, and they even managed to get the terrible stain out of the tub. Most impressive of all was the way Karen walked me through afterwards, showing me not only everything they did, but also pointing out a few maintenance issues she thought I should have checked out, including a leaky pipe I didn't know about. This turned out to be very important, because when I called the plumber to fix it, he said I was lucky to have caught the problem so early that no major damage had occurred. We have used other cleaning companies in the past and although they were fine, they didn't come close to the level that Kaye's Cleaning achieves. I feel lucky to have such a solid cleaning company to do business with.

They did a great job getting up all dirt, seen and unseen, and all the expected attention was was given to appliances, counters, bathrooms, rugs, hardwood floors, and tile. I highly recommend these women. Working as a team they tackle everything in half-the-time it takes someone else, but with twice the effort. I couldn't be more pleased.
