John Greene Construction is a small general contracting firm primarily engaged in residential remodeling and home additions. Most work is done by our two to four man crews. We do use subcontractors for excavation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall and painting. Design services and building plans are also available.

The price was reasonable. They came out in February and we paid them in March. We had heavy winds here and it took down the fence. We spoke to our neighbors to get it done ourselves. It was just a single panel. As nobody had time and expertise to do the work, we hired John Greene. They came out and gave us an estimate. They tried to fit us in the schedule because it was a small job. They gave us some ideas to get it fixed ourselves, but we couldn't do it because of the time and expertise.

It went very well, our first experience with any type of a home remodel. Project took just as long as expected and John only had to return once or twice to finish up a few last details. His price for the work they do is very reasonable. I highly recommend using this company, they really do excellent work and I already have quotes for future work

HE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE WITH HIS PRICES, AND HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE IS A SELF-EMPLOYED INDIVIDUAL. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL TO US IN DIRECTING US WHERE TO GO TO GET THE GRANITE TILE AND SAVE MONEY. HE IS TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST, AND HE IS A NICE GUY. HE KNOWS HOW TO DO SO MANY THINGS SO THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO OUT AND GET A WHOLE BUNCH OF PEOPLE. HE HAS DONE OUR ROOF. HE REMODELED OUR BATHROOM AND WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF DOING THE OTHER ONE.
