Description of Work: For over 20 years now John Lantz has performed work for my company and for me personally. He has completed construction projects of many sizes, from small projects to construction of a huge shop and a total rebuild of our large home. I have never had a bad experience with John and I continue using him now. This week he provided me with the preliminary bid for a complete office rebuild for one of my business locations. John has always been punctual and reliable and I would not think of using any other contractor.
