Javier's bid was well under all of the concrete contractors and came from a recommendation from a friend. He stamped and stained our driveway and walk way. He worked with my ideas and really did great work. I was impressed!

This was a big project and Javier and his crew did an amazing job.
My home had existing footings poured by a previous owner for an extensive retaining wall. Javier knew the local codes (as did I) and made sure to keep my wall size built to code so that I could avoid getting a permit (over 4')- but he also knew that in a few places (like a couple feet) where it needed to be higher because the existing footing had been dug out too much that he could go a couple inches over and it wouldn't be a problem.

All along the way Javier and his team thought of extra details that made the job turn out even better than I had imagined. For example: they beveled all the corners with strips of wood in the form to give a nice finished look, he inserted electrical conduit
into the corner posts so I could add lights later, he added adequate weep holes, but also added more so that I could pass sprinkler and electrical lines through (which I did).

He gave me the EXACT finish I was looking for on the wall- kind of a light sand texture- not brushed with vertical lines, but done by hand so it is really even.

He and his crew often worked LATE to get the job done, fixed any mistakes along the way, always had a good attitude, and gave me a great value.

I would certainly recommend them to a friend or use them again. I hired a lot of contractors for this project and Javier's team does what they say they will do.
