Promised less and delivered more. The firewood was exactly what I requested, of excellent quality, delivered on time, and stacked in my garage. I asked for one cord of clean hardwood, dry, delivered and stacked. John quoted $250, and said he would be at my house at 3PM. He arrived exactly on time, with a helper, with very clean, dry maple hardwood. He was courteous, friendly and helpful. He actually delivered about 1.25 chords which is neatly stacked in my overflowing 1 cord rack. I gladly paid him $275 because of his generosity and service. John also fells trees and does logging. He quoted a very reasonable $400 to fell, cut, split and stack a large fir tree near our house. Great experience. I highly recommend him.
