Craig was very detailed. He checked everything in the house making sure the house is sounded. He even checked the age of the water heater, and making sure all appliances are in working condition. Very reliable and fairly priced. He inspected the sewer line and located exactly where the issue is, so it is possible for us to find it and fix it. Highly recommended. Very dependable.

Craig showed up on time, did a great and thorough job, and provided a comprehensive report that was very useful. He was able to blow the competition out of the water on cost! $325 for a full inspection and $100 for a sewer scope.

Excellent. As a rental property owner living overseas, I needed an independent and professional appraisal of my house to determine what work needed to be done to properly maintain the house. He was very comprehensive and provided many pictures and detailed explanations. He followed up with sugestions and encouraged me to ask any questions I might have. I now know what needs to be repaired and what doesn't and that information will save me thousands of dollars in actual repairs.

Craig was very responsive and sent me inspection reports right off the bat so I could see examples of what he has done previously. He was incredibly thorough and takes images of every step along the way. I had received a few quotes in addition to his and he was the most reasonable (though in general, it seems like all the quotes I got were higher than "average"). The only disappointment was that when we did the sewer scope it could not complete due to blockages in the pipes - not the fault of the inspector, but you pay the same price regardless of whether the task is completed. Seems like in that case providing a discount would be nice, but again I was very pleased with all the work that was done.

I was SUPER impressed with Craig's response, thorough work on my behalf, report (45 pages of easy-to-read and follow narrative, very useful insight and recommendations plus photos), and customer service. I would highly recommend his company and work to anyone!
