Excellent value.  I love that they use high temp to help clean the carpets.  I've used other companies in the past but no one has come close to the quality and price of Acclaim!  We've been using this company three of four times a year for the past three years in our home daycare.

I had a wonderful experience with Nolan of Acclaim Rug & Carpet Cleaning. I sent him a picture of the rug to start the process. We made an appointment and he came to pick it up, explaining to me how it would be cleaned and the added process needed to remove pet stains. He called when it was ready to make an appointment to return it. The colors were rich and beautiful and the stains nowhere to be seen. I also found out where it was made, which is wonderful to know. Nolan was professional, punctual, and friendly. The restored beauty and softness of the rug speaks volumes about the capability and quality of his business. We first took in one of our oriental rugs that had a bad mold stain.  Nolan let us know that the stain might not all come out but he could treat the mold.   When we picked up the rug you could hardly see the stain.  We were so impressed with his work that we took in three more oriental rugs ( one with some wine stains)  and Nolan again did a great job on them as well,

He picked it up and delivered it when it was clean.  It took about a week.  It was completely dry when he brought it back.  He laid it down the rug.  He recommend a better rug pad. He was very reliable and punctual. The price was fair and he gave me a senior discount.

I had tried to spot clean the urine stains with several different solutions. There were no visible stains but I couldnt remove the odor. Acclaim was able to send 2 people within only a day or two. They took the rug to hand wash, and guaranteed that they could remove the odor. The rug was returned as promised, within a week. The urine odor was gone. They recommended I use a wool rug pad underneath, instead of the plastic one I had, to protect my hardwood floors. They were professional and polite and informative.

He is wonderful and knowlegeable. He was going to come back to get a stain that returned, but his son died and I haven't heard from him since. I hope he's okay.

We contacted Acclaim about our issues with clothes moths and animal damage and he came to our home and looked at the rugs and discussed our options. He took the rugs to his facility and cleaned and returned them in about a week or so. (we did this three times as we saw how nice they came out). He communicated well, he spent extra time answering our questions about the history, and techniques used in rug construction. He utilized newly acquired techniques to undo color bleeding. He also repaired a family heirloom rug so that the damage was unnoticeable.

They did a great job cleaning my carpets and getting the cat smells out of it. Other services services could not fix this problem. He was extremely professional, timely, and courteous.

They went from room to room first cleaning, followed by sealing the grout.  Some challenges existed from brickwork and darkened mortar.  They did an awesome job with the equipment they had.  They were very prompt and courteous.  Nolan shared his knowledge about tile and carpet, and offered to be a resource for carpet and rug selection questions.  Really appreciate their honesty and insights.

Nolan was very helpful in communicating what he could do, his website was very informative, thus generating my phone call to him for help. Service was performed in a timely manner, his quote was more than fair and I was very happy with the result. I would highly recommend his work and would use his serice again.

I phoned owner who gave me a time to meet him at the facility - he does not spend a lot of time there so one needs to make an appointment as the owner is generally out on calls doing in-home work.
He met me, told me the cost and indicated it would be about a week - I called again to arrange for pickup at his shop - he was there, the carpets looked great and I was happy with their work.

The rug took a big longer than we expected, but Nolan explained that it was taking longer to dry than expected. We called him a couple times to check in and when we got the rug, it was fresh and clean. We now plan to get our rugs cleaned once a year and this heavily used rug twice a year by Nolan.
