They did a good job. They were not cheap but it was a good service. They were very punctual. There were three of them doing the job. They were there from start to finish, did not leave for any other job in a course of a week. One guy came on a Sunday as well to finish some work. 

We got suggestions for how to do the work too; which we accepted.

I talked to the guy that night, and we were talking like we were yelling on the phone. He was so obnoxious and bullying about my concern. He told me that he will take me to court. Then he called me to meet him. When I went there with my mother he was so rude. That was so frustrating and I just did not want to stand there and listen to him. The damage was already done. I would never let that guy to even remove a weed in my house. I had a frustrating experience with him. They had no professionalism and communication skills were very bad. He was really professional when he came to give a quote but when he was to do the job he was different. His price was also too high.

They did extensive digging in front yard to remove existing 50 year old galvanized pipe and replaced with new plastic pipe from meter to house.
