It went great, from getting the initial estimate from Karl, to scheduling an installation date, to the installation performed by Dominic (who afterward cleaned up beautifully). Everyone involved seemed extremely knowledgeable and professional and I love my mini-ductless system. (What a treat to finally have a cool house in the summer, and it added only about $5/month to what I’d previously paid PGE in the summer!) The cost ended up being lower than I’d dared to imagine (after multiple rebates and tax credits, $2353 including a 12-year parts & labor warranty) and the Oregon Ductless office handled almost all of the paperwork. The entire process couldn’t have gone any more smoothly. I highly recommend Oregon Ductless.

It was perfect! From the initial walk-through and quote process to scheduling and installation, it was a smooth and easy process. The price is very competitive, the owner and technicians are knowledgeable and professional, and the work performed was excellent (as is the product!). They cleaned up after themselves and also had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign, including the rebate and tax credit forms. Their office even dealt with the city to get the post-installation inspection scheduled! Highly recommended.

This review is written over a year after the installation (March 2016) to make sure the product works as promised. It works perfectly. We are very pleased. the installation went flawlessly. Aaron is pleasant to work with, professional and efficient. He and his assistant did a fine job and a good clean up afterward. They submitted a professionally prepared form to our HOA with a sketch so that our upstairs neighbor could be assured there would be little noise from the unit. We were even able to visit their office and hear the unit there. It is nearly silent both outside and inside and cools perfectly. The remote also works well. The office helped us get the $1300 tax credit.

It went great. The team arrived on time, were considerate about moving equipment when I needed space to back the car out of the driveway. They were professional and provided advice and resources about how to use the system and fill out paperwork for energy tax credits.

I also reviewed the reviews posted on Yelp, because he was new to Angie's List I feel I was making the right choice with this company.  Aaron was here bright with his team and they went to work.  They were very accommodating.  Put tarps down and told be  exactly what to expect.  All three were very polite and cleaned up really well after themselves.   There was definitely a since of doing everything exactly right.  The installation was a work of art.  Everything was perfectly straight.  The whole job was professionally done.  I am very pleased with company and would recommend them to others.  After a incentive from Energy Trust of Oregon and a tax credit my actual cost is $2,200.00.
