Description of Work: Large stamped concrete patio. Chandler's knowledge, attention to detail and insistence that the job is done right were a welcome change to the contractor I previously worked with on this project. I would absolutely hire him for future concrete work.

 + -1 moreMario (Chandler) ripped up our cracked concrete pad behind our house, that had been broken by roots from a nearby tree and parking a car on it. He finished that in a day, then spent two grading and laying out the new pad, that avoided the worst of the tree bole. We then had to wait a few days for a low enough chance of rain to do the brush strokes on the cement surface. Throughout the process, Chandler kept us apprised of his status and any choices or options we had in terms of cost, time, or materials. His price was reasonable if not the lowest we were quoted. I was really impressed by how well he planned and executed the concrete pour to route rainwater around our house. The new pad looks beautiful, and I'm sure helped contribute to the sale of our home. My only concern was that his back was clearly giving him a lot of pain - I hope he takes care of it before he hurts himself :-)
