Very poor customer service and follow through after they get paid. They did the whole bid process over the phone and email and never once came to our property. This made me nervous, but they came highly recommended. When I questioned this, I was told not to worry they do most of their bids by email when the gate is preexisting and our job was ?pretty straight forward? and I could count on them to take care of their customers. NOT TRUE!! Our driveway is a causeway across a lake!! How could that possibly be straight forward? This was clearly visible in the photos I sent them. I judge service best when something does go wrong. How the does company then live up to their promises? With Cornerstone, they promised to bury the gate opening wand IN the drive where it would not be seen. When they got out here, they said they couldn?t. Something they would have KNOWN had they bothered to do an onsite inspection before bid. Now I have an UGLY LONG antennae lying on my shoreline. Their solution to make it right,? they gave us 50 bucks on a 3 grand bill and left us to fix the mess. Here are the actual exchanges ___________________________________ THEY PROMISE TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND THEN TELL ME I SHOULD BE HAPPY WITH HOW HARD THEY WORKED ON MY BID?? What does that have to do with the ugliness on our property and the work they did not complete per their bid? From: Glenda Miller [mailto:

[email protected] Subject: gate update for Rich Justin was wonderful and professional. Showed up on time and installed gate [operators]. Explained and demonstrated its features articulating and patiently and left us with a smile. One negative will have to addressed; however, he said he could not bury the wand. It lies beside our driveway in the lake view and is very unsightly. I am sure you will agree we should not have to pay for having a wand ditched and buried when that did not happen. Suggested resolutions · haul in gravel to cover it where it lays · credit to charges for this portion of unfinished job. _________________________________________________________ PROMISES TO MAKE IT RIGHT before work was preformed From: Glenda Miller [mailto:

We take care of our customers. Since you had an existing gate we ususally don't make a site visit unless we are making the gate and install the posts and a hard wired system. Your situation is pretty staight forward but like I said we will make sure you are happy with the system. let me know if you have any more questions or concerns. thank you, glenda ----- Original Message ----- From: Phipps, Shari L To: Glenda Miller Sent: Wednesday, November 13, 2013 1:19 PM Subject: RE: Hi Rich I assume they test the remote clicker to make sure it does work from the house before installing it all yes? And if not, I get a refund on what I paid so far. I am nervous as no one has come in person to inspect the job site. This might be normal but this is all new to me. Not much point in my paying for a system that?s too far away from the house to work.
