Refinished hard wood floors

They arrived on time and ready to go. They were polite and answered all my questions. The floors were finished exactly as I had wanted them to be. Minor repairs that were needed were also completed at a high quality. The work was perfect. However, I had just painted the living room and hallway and the machine they use left black marks all around the perimeter of the room. I could not get the marks off.

They are fast and efficient and clean up is very good. The floor was sanded and three coats of finish applied in just two days time. The floor now looks beautiful! We have hired Brandsen three times and each time has been the same excellent quality work and we have are very satisfied.

They did a great job. The floor did need a better shine and they came back to tend to it without any issue. We are very happy with the final result. They did a very nice job.

They were great. The staff was super, super friendly. They did awesome work. They were really honest about how the floors were going to turn out because the floors were really old and damaged. They let us know about any flaws that were going to show up beforehand so there were no surprises. We liked them. They totally cleaned up really well. We don't have hardwood floors now but we would use them if we did.

Paul was very informative and nice to work with. He answered my questions and gave me accurate information. He did what he said he was going to do. I was pleased with the service and the work done on my floors.

Across the board they were excellent. I have no complaints. They stuck to the budget and the time line and delivered with very high quality as well.

The job was somewhat difficult to begin with because the original floor had sagged in some spots and had a hump in the middle. Estimator said it wouldn't be a problem and said it could be fixed. It never was. They tried, kind of. But the hump was just as pronounced with the new floor as it was with the old. The installers, which are subs (i.e., total communication breakdown), left huge cracks between boards, didn't fill the nail holes, left a mess and were just generally sloppy. When there were mistakes and I complained, they came back and fixed them.
