They were good. I think one of the guys was training the other one. One pretty much knew everything and was doing most of the work and he was explaining to his coworker what was going on. But they were very good and very knowledgeable. I spent about $1200.

I have home owners warranty and he said he would fix it even if it wasn't covered, because it was wired wrongly, and he fixed the problem that we had. I am going to be using him again for some electrical work that we have coming up. He didn't charge me for the work because he felt it wasn't correct to charge me.

Derrick installed ground rods outside, bonded the gas line and installed a lug in the panel because the ground and neutral bars were full. Inspector failed Derrick's work due to the lug and also failed the box due to prior work - ground and neutral bars were overcrowded. He also failed our dryer as 3 wire instead of 4 wire. Derrick returned and installed another ground bar for free (1.5 labor hours) and corrected the dryer - new conduit and wiring, new outlet. (1.5 hours - cost $142). We replaced the pigtail off the dryer ourselves and provided the new outlet. All work passed inspection. He came the day after I called each time - very responsive.

COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK. THE WORKER THEY SENT WAS EXTREMELY PERSONABLE AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL. HE CALLED WHEN HE WAS ONLY 15 MINS LATE. GAVE ME TIME TO CALL MY HUSBAND TO HELP WITH DECISIONS AND THERE WAS NO PRESSURE WHEN WE CHANGED THE AMOUNT OF WORK WE NEEDED DONE. I HAD HIM ACCIDENTALLY ROUTE A WIRE THE WRONG DIRECTION AND ATLAS SENT SOMEONE OUT WITHIN A HALF HOUR OF MY CALL THE NEXT DAY. VERY PLEASED. THEIR PRICING ALSO GOES DOWN THE MORE HOURS WHICH I DIDN'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE.

BRUCE CAME OUT TO FIX A BREAKER BOX PROBLEM THAT STARTED AFTER WE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY INSTALL A NEW HOT H2O HEATER. BRUCE SAW THAT IT HAD BEEN INCORRECTLY WIRED AND DID NOT HAVE TO ASK WHY, HOW, WHEN, WHO. BRUCE KNEW WHAT SHOULD BE DONE AND FIXED IT ON THE SPOT. KUDOS FOR BRUCE FOR BEING A KNOWLEDGEABLE GET IT DONE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR!!

THEY WERE JUST A GREAT COMPANY, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE WORK WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY ALSO DID A GREAT JOB. THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY DID WAS GREAT.
