 + -1 moreI arrived at Tony's to purchase a part I needed for an R/C car, I arrived at 10 am the time they open. They did not open the store until 10:15. When i got inside to purchase the parts the person behind the counter did not seem to know anything about the products they sell. I had to explain to them how a prat was to be used on a car. I feel that if you are going to run a hobby shop, you should at least know something about the items you sell.
Description of Work: No service performed, This is a retail store.

 + -1 moremy friend and i were going to rent movies and all we had was cash when we went to pay we didnt have an account so they wanted a creidt card or debit card to make the first purchase we only had cash they didnt want that so we left we will not go there ever again and i would tell anyone else not to either
Description of Work: they demand you have a creidt card or debit card for the first rentel money was not good enough that sucks for people that dont have that kind of stuff they lose alot of business that i guess they dont care when did cash not work for things
