I took my laptop to Mr. Hanner's office. He diagnosed my computer problem within 5 minutes. He then proceeded to blow the dust out of my laptop and finish the service. All I needed was a new power converter, my old one had died. So, Mr. Hanner was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me that he did housecalls to where I live for future reference and gave me his card. He was very professional.

It is nice to be able to speak directly to one person, without having to deal with a bunch of middlemen. Very good deal on prices and his work was very prompt and efficient. I had my computer back the same day!
