With over 25 years of industry experience, Wooldridge Construction LLC is a full service remodeling company based in Medford, Oregon. We specialize in residential and small commercial projects, water damage & flood insurance claims in the greater Rogue Valley, Ashland to Grants Pass & everywhere in between. Our team is small but mighty. Between our General Contractor and Lead Carpenter we have a very deep reservoir of creativity and vision. As our previous clients know, we have you in mind from beginning to end. Our services start with a consultation to discuss your needs and interests, followed by plan designs and computer renderings of your proposed remodel, culminating in a professional and timely execution. Our clients get copies of plans and renderings, and participate in the process as much as they feel comfortable along the way. Wooldridge construction did an excellent job with my ADU. We received several bids. They were not the cheapest, but over the course of the project they remained on budget and were very detail oriented. Their pre-construction renderings helped us make some important decisions we hadn’t thought of. Their design guidance was extremely helpful. Would definitely work with them again on future projects!

Great work and great experience. The demo was done quickly and they worked around our cabinetry without any problem. I appreciated how clean the work areas were kept and that the project didn't spill over into other living areas. They removed our 1980's tile and replaced it with the tile of our choice. They provided helpful suggestions on color, style, and modern tends that made the kitchen look not only bigger, but custom. The tile work was prestine. Clean cuts and even throughout. My father who was in the construction business for 50 years gave it an "A"! I was very happy with the quality work and that the project finished on schedule and within budget. Extra bonus was the awesome customer service. I would definitely work with them again.

He was excellent. Very personable, a real craftsman. He did a wonderful job. He gave us a written schedule for the entire project, that is ours to do and he did it very well.
