Work went well. There was some confusion about cost initially, but we sorted it out. We will see how the inspections go. No more rats seen inside or out of the crawlspace, carport areas, back yard where they were causing mayhem.

They found part of a dead rat and a lot of feces so they had to clean that up and decontaminate the crawlspace. The smell is gone and they are coming out in a couple of weeks to check on it. The contract covers most things that come up during the year.
