Visual Home Inspections

I was very impressed by Mr. Huckins' thorough and we'll documented home inspection. His report was very well explained and he included numerous photographs of everything covered. He answered my emailed questions very promptly even on the weekend. I really appreciate his approach and attention to detail. It was clear that Mr.Huckins is a very conscientious person and I would definitely recommend him.

I contracted with Mr. Huckins through phone and email communications. I currently live in California and am purchasing the home in Grants Pass. Mr. Huckins was respectful, punctual and responsive to all of my questions and concerns.
I contracted for his low-cost timed inspection with a separate dry rot/pest report. I also order the thermal imaging report, which shows areas of damp or settling along roofs, walls, and joints.
The report I received was well-documented and thorough with photographic documentation of all findings. I spoke with Mr. Huckins afterward and he provided his opinion regarding the magnitude of the most major issue - the moss overgrown roof.
Additionally, Mr. Huckins provided an extensive list of contractors with whom he has worked in the past and specifically asked that I inform him if there were any quality or other issues in the service they might provide.
I was delighted to work with Mr. Huckins and would certainly hire him again. In fact, I'll probably hire him for another inspection in about 5 years to identify anything that will need additional service or maintenance.

Dan inspected our house and did what he calls a and quot;low leveland quot; inspection. That took about 4 hours and was $450. I was able to be with Dan during the entire time of the inspection. In fact, Dan encourage this since he feels this educates the consumer. Dan also took high resolution photos all throughout the inspection. The detailed report was received as a PDF file and was the best inspection report I had ever seen in the 4 homes I have bought. Prior to putting our house on the market we went through and corrected 95% of the items Dan found. We wanted to leave something for the buyer's inspector to find. I wish I had used Dan when we were buying this house.
Next, we used Dan again for the house we decided to purchase. This was his higher level inspection and I was with him from 9 AM to 6 PM without a lunch break. I could not ask for a more diligent human being acting as my advocate. Since the inspection I have called Dan, emailed him on at least 12 occasions and he has not only encouraged this but gave such sage advice that I can't say enough wonderful things about him.
I value in with the greatest esteem. Aside from this formality, he is really a great person. I cannot praise his skills beyond what I have written. He belongs to my list of people of special talent (PST).
