They misrepresented the cost of using the Jetpack for WiFi, sold us a charger that did not work, did not follow through with the phone exchange agreement, and would not return phone calls. We had to call the internet number 5 times and it took a month and a half to resolve the problems. We attempted to resolve the problems with the salesgirl and two different managers but it took the intervention of the internet personnel before the issue was resolved.
