Technician came out and helped me with the knowledge I needed for proper use.

I was in the market for higher end vacuum cleaner I wouldn't have to replace every couple of years. I researched options and visited Valley on the advice of a friend who had recently purchased a Miele from them. Nicholle suggested the one on sale was superior so I was able to buy the vacuum of choice and saved money. It was suggested to me at the time of sale to look for the following considerations in buying a new vacuum: 1) does the vendor offer money back guarantee? 2) does the vendor-not the manufacturer- offer a replacement if it doesn't work out? Valley was the only vendor who could say yes to both of these. A no brainer! Valley Sewing and Vacuum is a pleasant place where the staff are people you could call your neighbors. I have since gone in there to buy vacuum cleaner bags and to have some dental floss removed (they did it on the spot) and they treated me just like the day I bought the machine-friendly and professional! PS I have had this machine for almost a year and love it as much as the day I bought it.

I had searched online @Consumer Reports for a vacuum. I found their recommended make and model and wanted to see and use one before making a purchase. One of the local dealers was Valley Sewing and Vacuum so I went to investigate in person. I was pleased by the knowledge and professionalism of their associate Nicholle. Biggest surprise was the sale they were having on the model I was interested in as it was much less expensive that buying online. I ultimately purched my vacuum from them and have been using it for 2 weeks now and couldn't be happier.
