She puts you at ease. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and she has your best interest as her utmost priority. She takes all of you information that you provide her and she just process is so quickly and thoroughly, that it is just a pleasure to deal with someone in that field. You don't feel like you've been through the mill. She is very much on the ball. She is very personable.
