Vanessa did a wonderful job on my cleaning. She was very patient and gentle. Then Dr. Erickson came in and explain what I need to have done. He explains it in a way very easy to understand and I never feel any pressure there

Horrible! Hygienist Vanessa rushed through the cleaning and damaged my gums. She didn’t even use the micro water pick. All she did was quickly scratch at my teeth and push my gums back. She should have been patient but all she did was push my gums back farther and made my periodontal pockets bigger. I asked her why she was so rushed and she said she had another appointment. They obviously do not care about doing the job right and only care about getting people in and out. I’m so upset and hate this place. If you want a butcher in your mouth ask for Vanessa. I wouldn’t consider her a hygienist at all. She was even chewing gum the whole time she was attempting to clean my teeth. Extremely unprofessional. So I set the appointment for a cleaning and when I got there they try to force me into exrays and an exam for 300$. They never told me that on the phone. Also, this place asked for my social security number and even asked for my spouses social security number.. really? You want my wife’s social and info and she doesn’t even come here? This place is obviously a scam!

Everything was wonderful. Everyone is very professional and the dentist did great work. I didn't feel a thing! Would highly recommend!

Excellent! The staff was amazingly friendly and Dr. Erickson always made me feel comfortable despite my anxiety. I saw him on 4 separate occasions to work on getting all my cavities filled, and each and every time I was surprised at how quick and notably painless the procedures were. Thank you! Love these guys!

Such a great Dentistry for family! Every member of staff are SUPER nice and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. I know Ian and Nicole on a personal level but they are also my dentists and they are the coolest people in and out of the office. I also have seen Dr. Hamilton and he's just as cool! I highly recommend this Dentistry to anyone, they have all the fancy new gadgets to make sure you are getting the best care and best examination possible. There is no pressure and no worries! Thank you guys for being simply...AWESOME!

Every time I have gone to Summit Family Dental I am treated with the most professional service and I have NEVER had a problem ever! I can't even imagine that the review given a "F" is possible. It's too bad that they would state such rediculous accusations and not try to contact the office to address their so called issues. Anyone who is a patient at Summit Family Dental know those comments are false and uncalled for.

Terrible. This guy may be able to fill a tooth but when it comes to oral surgery, prosthetics, root canals, or any kind of implants he is an arrogant incompetent. He had big ideas he couldn't implement and had no remorse for putting my wife through years of pain and frustration. His product looked like a chesire cat gone bad and never functioned near the description. It didn't fit and looked terrible. It hurt and he wouldn't fix it. 20K down the drain. He finally moved to Medford where he couldn't hear the complaints in Grants Pass. What a fool!

I'm a wimp when it comes to seeing the dentist, mostly because I feel guilty that I have genetically soft teeth (therefore I usually receive not-so-great or overwhelming news every time I visit a dentist). Needless to say, I've hopped from dentist to dentist in the valley because of the anxiety I've developed. Dr. Hamilton and his assistant, Cecily, made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They each seemed to take their time and explain everything that was going on so that I understood what was going to happen and why. I felt apart of the process- instead of feeling like the dentist and assistant were the only 2 people in the room communicating, or feeling like the dentist was leaving all of the explaining to the assistant, I felt very involved during the entire visit. I had my teeth cleaned by hygienist, Judy, she was sweet and kind as well. She gave me some tips on cleaning my teeth at home and chatted with me about the things I was doing right at home when cleaning my teeth & how she could tell. I'm excited to have finally found a dentist in town that I'm comfortable with and hope this review can help others that were in my shoes who are seeking a dentist too!

It soared over my expectations..

They were kind, gentle, and compassionate towards me. They let me know the risks of the procedures and helped me make an informed decision. They worked with me on my payments so that I could pay off the balance in a timely manner. I really feel like they bend over backwards in all my dealings with them to make sure I have a great experience. I highly recommend using their services. You won't be disappointed.

We were very impressed with the entire experience. Upon arrival to the office, we were immediately greeted in an inviting, friendly & professional way. After being offered coffee/ tea we had a very short wait period before I was called. (I was actually called 5 min before my scheduled appointment!) Full mouth x rays & bite wing x rays  were taken & I met with Dr. Nicole Keck-Erickson. She was very professional & personable & I felt she gave me a thorough dental exam. I went back to the lobby while my husband was then ushered in to have his x rays taken & an examination. Soon after, we were both called in for our cleanings. It is so nice to have more  than one hygienist so we don't have to wait for one another's cleaning. Both my husband & myself were extremely happy with our cleanings & its results. My husband had a small cavity & we scheduled an appointment 1 week later so he could have it filled. Once again, the same office experience happened.
We are very pleased with Summit Family Dental Care & look forward to continuing doing business with them.

I had a lot of work done there.  I have had a bridge since then.  I was there in January for my regular appointment and cleaning.  It went amazing.  My sisters are hygienist down in California and they're super fussy and they couldn't believe what incredible work they do over at Summit Dental.  They're nice, they're organized, they're prompt.  It's hard to find good dentists.  I think my niece and her dentist they sent me there, they took my insurance, and I was terrified because I have another dentist here in Medford and he is awful.  Not only do I use them but I make my children go there.  I have 7 adult children, 5 that live in this area and they don't want to irritate mother so they go where I tell them.  They are a husband and wife team.  They're both absolutely pleasant and focused.  My insurance approved it, then when I had the work done they denied it, We have been messing with them for, oh, a good three years on the first bridge and only a year on the second bridge, and their office set up payments with us, they have written letters for us, come hell or high water they have been above and beyond what they should have to do to deal with this.

They are wonderful with all ages...from the baby in our family all the way up to the teens and adults, the staff is wonderful!

Dr. Keck Erickson rocks, she has done other major work on my teeth. She's pleasant focused and really wants things perfect. My sisters are hygienists in cal. & they said my front bridge(June 2013) was one of the best they have ever seen!

It went AMAZING!! There are so many details for 3 days in a row, but I will tell you this! Both Dr. Ian and his wife Nicole are the BEST TEAM EVER!!

They have a well trained staff that is soooo friendly, on time, courteous, and the best office crew as well! The office staff are on top of things as far as insurance prices, knowing what is covered and not so you don't go into it blind, I REALLY CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH about this practice! 

I am DEFINITELY already handing out lots of their business cards to all I know who are looking for a dentist!

Dr. Ian M. Erickson and his wife, Nicole Keck-Erickson, are the two dentists at this office. My kids use Nicole and like her a lot. I use Ian and am extremely happy with him. They are prompt. There is no waiting. We've been happy with all the dentists there. It's easy to get an appointment with them if you call for an emergency.

She has taken care of me for twenty years. She does root canals, crowns, and other procedures. I have always been pleased with her work. She is fast and very gentle. She seems to know exactly what she is doing. I have always felt confident that she is doing a good job.

I like her a lot. She is a good dentist. She is also very personable. She is very intelligent as well.
