We have used this service, on a weekly basis at our home for several years. They mow the yard, clean up the grass and leaves in the fall. They come on the same day every week so we can always count on them to be there. The quality of the work is generally good. The workers are prompt and very polite. Occasionally, we have some special work such as trimming bushes that needs to be done. If we talk to the workers, they will do it if they have the time. Because my wife and I both work, we are usually not there when they come by. In that case we will call the owner to make the request for special service. We always ask for a return phone call, but no one ever returns the calls. We were not notified that they would not be providing service on the Thanksgiving holiday weekend this year. They always have worked Friday and Saturday in the past. We have a function every year during that time and depend on the property looking nice.
