They are just bad, they were not trained, and ruined my furniture. They wanted to charge me again to come out and fix the furniture. They have lawsuit against for 14,000 and they weren't even here for 6 hours.

They dried up the wall after opening it up very quickly but when hiring them I told them the whole job needed to be done in 2 weeks and they agreed but could not schedule the repair portion for 3-4 weeks. I was upset because I clearly stated all work needed to be done in 2 weeks but they did not explain that they were only doing the drying job in that time frame so I had to find someone on very short notice. The eroneous information messed up my home sale.

They tried to dry things up and there were no delays from that. The people knew how to repair things. They let me know every time they were going to show up and what time it would be, and if they were going to be late they called and let me know.

Service Master came in with a crew of many and within seconds they were so busy our heads were spinning. No chit-chat, no looking around, it was right to work. They had us cleaned up and dried out in no time at all. Zachery Miedecke came out and met with our insurance adjuster, Robert Lane from Foremost. They were able to inspect everything, set goals and objectives and get the job done right. When people face a home disaster, the first thing that hits is a feeling of helplessness (if thats a word) but the way they approached the problem and took control made us feel full of hope and we were sure that our problems would soon be solved. Thank you Service Master & Thank You Zach & Crew!
