I have been without a refrigerator since August 19.  It is now September 16.  Whenever I call for a repair appointment, I have to wait for at least 8 days.  When the repairman came, he said that he would have to order replacement parts.  They would arrive at my home, but I couldn't get another repairman for 8 days.  This repairman spent 4 hours installing the new parts and said that I could use the refrigerator by the next morning.  Wrong!!   It wasn't working the next morning.  The next appointment I could get was 9 days later.  That man said that parts installed were defective; they would have to be ordered and replaced.  The next appointment I can get will be 7 days later.  I am still without a refrigerator even though I bought an extended warranty which is still valid.
This experience is very similar to one with my brand new washing machine, also covered by extended warranty with Sears.  It took five weeks for them to figure out what was wrong with it.  Even though it was new, they would not replace it.

We went to Sears because they had a promotion on the Bosch appliance brand which we selected. There were delays on the delivery of the appliances. Not sure if it was Sears fault though.

The repairman was punctual and courteous.  He explained each repair before he did it.

I didn?t spend anything. The job they did was excellent and it is always excellent in this area. They always come on time. They have the necessary stuff and are reasonable. I would use their services in the future too.
