Rogue Valley Remodeling

Description of Work: I phoned this company, and asked for an estimate to reconstruct a platform bed. (Originally left message) They responded within a few hrs. The next day, they were prompt in arriving on time, and gave me an estimate. They were to be here at 0900 on specified day, but rescheduled for the next day At 0945 on specified day, they called saying that they couldn't make it until 1200 because brother had a Drs. Appt,. At 12:50 they called and said that "due to personal problems", they weren't going to be able to do the job. These people knew that I had been sleeping on my sofa because I had a dismantled bed in one bedroom, and mattresses and bedding in the 2nd bedroom. I had cancelled a dental appt., and my exercise regime to be at home for this appt. It was 5 days after the estimate that they were to begin the job. It was my distinct feeling that they just had a better job offer, or decided that the job wasn't worth the effort. In the meantime, I was still sleeping on the sofa, and left to start over again with the bidding process.
