It was great. The approval process was very quick, the documentation requirements were straight forward and easily met. The employees were all wonderful and kept me posted throughout the process so I could plan accordingly. Signing the final paperwork was very quick and they worked around my husband and I's schedules. The majority of the cost was for the appraisal - which is handed over to that company. Fees were minimal and disclosed up front. At the same time, the lending representative let me know how I could save some money by redoing the financing on my vehicle. Great experience all around.
