RAY'S GARDEN CTR

I have little to no experience in gardening or taking care of outside plants. I went to Ray's and asked specifically for some plants that deer would not eat to put in a whiskey barrel planter. The lady spent a good amount of time in picking out plants and showing me how to arrange them in the planter. She (we) picked out three plants of the same variety and three other different and more colorful varieties. She gave me the "sale price from two weeks ago," and even "upgraded" the potting soil I bought at no charge. Good service and a pleasant experience. However, the deer ate all three of the colorful plants the night after I planted them. I went back to Ray's. The lady who originally helped me was not there and I spoke to someone else. I explained that I had specifically ask for plants that deer would not eat and three of the six plants I bought were eaten the first night. I asked if they would like to replace those plants with some that really were ones that deer would not eat. The clerk refused to offer any kind of replacement or refund.
