air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreThe technician and the sales rep told me two entirely different stories about how my ductwork would be cleaned and what was required. The sales rep also lied to me, saying that my HVAC guy had said something (regarding the furnace, which he's the expert on) that the HVAC guy roundly denied ever saying. I didn't end up using Proven Air because I got such a runaround while asking questions to avoid ruining my brand-new furnace. That's not to mention that being lied to doesn't make a customer feel especially confident in the service.
