 + -1 moreTim has done 3 - 5 houses in our neighborhood. He does excellent work, a perfectionist! My husband would have nobody else after seeing his work at other homes in the neighborhood.
Description of Work: Pressure wash exterior, scrape, sand, prime as necessary, caulk exposed nailheads, screw and hook holes, caulk separations, repair peeling patio lid and texture, prep fiberglass doors (2) both sides, apply body color, apply trim color, apply shingle color, color-match samples provided by client to match Dunn Edwards colors .
