I was satisfied with their work. They did what they needed to do. If they don’t call you back at the time they told you and its better to go to somebody else. Their quality and workmanship was good. I would use them in the future.

I did all upgrade work - called Pacific to check the work, and to inspect and make corrections needed for state inspection - they gave estimate of work at $400 - $600 to complete the task The man was here approximately 4 hours (@$75 per hour). He added parts that were not necessary to pad the bill without discussion - When I received the statement via mail they charged $1200.00. I called to complain about their ethics and he said he would adjust for senior discount - the new bill was still $1100.I talked to Legal Aid because I felt this company was exploiting senior citizens. Their response was to hire their own attorney; with NO contact or feedback first. I had to sell part of my furniture to pay this outrageous bill. Please advise all seniors to BEWARE of this companies practices.
