I tried from June 22 to June 28 to just get an appointment scheduled. NEVER could talk to the same person twice as calls to the number in the phone book go to a call center in Atlanta. They did not return phone calls when requested and even when the phone receptionist promised. At one point, I was on hold for 22 minutes listening to how important my call was to them but the call never got answered, nor was I able to leave a message. I was finally able to book an appointment and the woman in Atlanta gave me the number of the Eugene center which is our "local office" for the Medford area! The appointment was scheduled from 3-5. When no one came nor called, I called the Eugene center at 4:50 and got someone who was actually in Fife, WA! He tried to call the technician and was only able to get his voice mail and left a message. As of 6:45 no communication. As far as I can tell, I never actually talked to ANYONE who was in Oregon! [I documented my calls.] I am thoroughly disgusted!The only positive I can report is that in spite of my frustration, all the 6 different people I talked to remained courteous and polite [though one called me "sweetie"], but they were just the phone receptionists, not any of the actual service providers.
Several days ago I sent them an email that included the body of this report. They have never replied to either of my emails, though I understand the first time it was because of a glitch at Angie's List.

They're very professional. They're always there when they are supposed to be. I've never had any problems with them.

They do a good job. They spray the outside of my house. I will continue to use them.

They can the same day we called right on time. The work was performed professionally and quickly. He identified the place of entry on our roof and my husband was able to seal it and remove a couple of overhanging tree limbs.

We weren't too happy with them. We ended up canceling but we had them come out the first time and then they didn't even notify us and it was a rental and we could have got sued for them just going over there on their own without giving us 24 hour notice. We had that in that contract that they had to give us 24 hour notice and they didn't even do the inside they just squirted around the outside and charged us. They weren't real sweet. They didn't do what they said they were going to do. They didn't notify us, they were late when they came the first time, and we almost missed an appointment so we just weren't happy with them all away around.

Orkin comes quarterly and we have been using them for about a year and a half. We signed up for quarterly service and got a discount. Our initial problem was ants, then a mouse in the garage. They ask questions so the treatment inside and out is thorough. We have had no problems since commencement. I recommend them highly!

We did not use Orkin to perform the service.

We called Orkin after a lousy experience with another company. The ants had come back and they wanted us to pay again. Robert from Orkin came for about the same price and, not only did he spray for ants, he treated the entire house, inside and out and even found a mouse in our garage. The spray did not smell. He was very pleasant and professional. We signed up for a quarterly contract and they come on the day promised.
