Service was very prompt. Nathan came out himself on the afternoon of the same day I called. (The fan in my furnace had stopped working, so no heat was arriving at the house.) He spent a good 30 min ascertaining the cause and explained that since my furnace was so old, they would have to send out for the part. Meanwhile, to help me out, he by-passed the faulty circuit board and wired it up to run continuously. Whew! That was great for a few days. Then my house started getting too hot. I had to turn the furnace off and on at the fuse box.
Luckily, the next week my part arrived and now I'm back to normal.
