This was the third time I purchased an HVAC system from them. I gave them glowing reviews for the other two times. The first was in 2002. The second install was January 2016 (different building). I feel ripped-off. Things that were supposed to be redone to improve efficiency were really half-assed, so badly that they should have been embarrassed. I got them to come back and redo one of them and it was still done very poorly. Plus, even though I had already paid for it, they billed me again. The furnace to AC boxes were very poorly sealed. The front and back connections weren't sealed at all. You could feel the air from three, four feet away. Had them come back. They sealed the front. However, since they hadn't sealed the back while they were putting the system together and because it is up against the garage/house wall, all they could do is add a little strip where the side of the furnace meets the wall. But above that strip it is still squirting out air. On two portions of the job, I was told that they couldn't really do this and that because it would maybe not fit, be too tight, etc. I don't believe then on either. When I got them to come back out to fix things, they didn't seem to know WHY they were coming back. Worse, they billed me for all of the time they were here even for fixing things I had already paid for. It was such a stark difference from when I used them before. I feel ripped off. I will never use them again for anything.

I am very pleased with everything. They are very thorough. If I have any questions, they sit down and go through it. I am not real savvy with the way the thermometer is set. They try to teach me with that. When he comes out, he sets it for me as I want it. They make recommendations to how to save money or how to get the best use of your system. We make a request because we have somebody come out and I liked him a lot. So, going forward, that is who we have.

We are on a contract where they come out twice a year.?They come out in April and then in October or November. They check our heating and air conditioning systems. We have a Lennox system. They change the filter. I pay a contract. I buy my own filter. The rep giving me what I need, if I am going to order my own to go ahead and do that. He gave me the information, I needed. He comes out and services everything. That is at no charge because I pay a contract once a year. I only pay once a year for only $120.00 They come out twice a year. They service my heating to make sure everything is working fine. Then Spring comes along and they check the air conditioning. We have a rep that is assigned to us named Pete Brown and he is excellent. They are very knowledgeable about Lennox systems and very thorough about servicing it they do this twice a year with no problems.

I really loved working with metal masters. Totally responsive, a great company. I wouldn't go to anyone else. There was a hiccup in the installation, but once found they totally responded and took care of it.

Gave proposal in writing. Most reasonable one we received. Were very prompt (in dead of winter) installed in 16 degree weather in December. Were very courteous. Put down covers to protect carpet. Did extra things (like level out ground to put unit outside. Explained procedures so we could understand (a 90 year old mother and her 60 year old daughter)

went as usual.  They do not clean duct work and we used another Angie prvider for that.

Very well!  No issues!  They were more expensive than all the rest, but the quality is worth it.

The work itself went well; it was sometimes hard to connect with the right office person, and we often waited for call backs to set up appts., etc., but it was near Christmas and I suspect people were taking time off. The guys who did the ducts were awesome. It was worth waiting for the more experienced technician who had worked on our furnace system before to do the furnace work. The technician who did our annual check missed the issue. I'll know who to ask for in future!

The Service people are punctual, skilled and courteous. The work was performed as contracted.

These guys were impressive from start to finish. Jason was really good at laying out all the options and explaining advantages and disadvantages of each. He was also very flexible, as the job specs evolved over a couple weeks time. When it came time to do the work, the crew was very prompt, courteous, and efficient. Jesse, the crew foreman, was especially good at keeping me informed and checking in for various installation options. They run a tight ship! 

Services provided promptly.  Technicians were very courteous and helpful in demonstrating how to operate new A/C system. Owner quite willing to come back to check performance of new unit (It was working fine).

Called the company and asked the lady if they had something that cleaned the air in the house. She said no so I asked for a salesman.  He said that they did have that system and I made a immediate appointment. They were prompt and professional. They explained how the system worked: They installed a filter where the air goes in for the heat and A/C. The filter would work when the fan was running. I noticed the difference the next day. Maintenance cost is $140 annually which includes replacement filters. I would have been willing to pay much more for the original installation.

Usually always prompt and courteous. Problems usually fixed the first time.
