Medford Autocare Center LLC

When visiting an auto mechanic, not only do I rely on quality work but also in being advised when other issues are discovered. On a recent visit, Medford Auto Care Center's Mark Fulton and his son, Kyle, not only brought an existing problem to my attention but also attempted to locate a replacement part. When none could be found for my 23-year-old vehicle, an alternate resolution was suggested. Having sought help from this repair shop for more than two years, and for numerous problems as are the given with an "elderly" vehicle, I have never been disappointed with the final outcome. I feel blessed to have the folks at this shop keeping watch over my little car. Kathleen H.

It was ok but it was expensive for what I got. The guy was so eager to do some additional work, but I did not see any evidence that the work was wanted. He did the work on time.

Took a day longer than originally quoted; had good customer relations, attitude and courtesy. Check Engine light came on within a couple of days after got car back; they said I also had another engine light on, but they didn't tell me about it at the time; I think they should have told me about it, not waiting for me to see it come on, and have to call them back.
Since they were late getting it all done, they went out of their way to get the car to me, by bringing it to my house. They were within the estimate they quoted me as to what it would all cost. 
Overall, it was good service, and I will probably use them again.

They have a very personalized service, with quality work and a reasonable price. They are really good.
