It was fine, nothing stood out and nothing was bad. They have a wide variety of products.

The cutomer service does not make me want to go back to Lowes. They scowl and have a terrible attitude every time that I go in. Their women look like they have their faces sown in an downward smile. They have an "I am the customer and you're always wrong" attitude and they whisper at each other like you have some kind of plague like you are being interrogated. I would get rid of the woman with the shoulder length fake blonde hair. It's the only Lowe's that I have ever been to that has this attitude.  They have a one year return policy on their plants and they honor after you get down in the mud and wrestle or they will give you the lowest price if you don't have the receipt. They will give you something to shut you up. The are not aclimated. I reluctently go there.

The installers were prompt and were in the process of installation when a small dent was discovered. The light had to be just right to see it. At that point the installation continued and the unit was used until a replacement was installed a few days later. We are very happy with the the operation of the unit and the way it was installed.

I am kind of disappointed and a little irritated with this company. We bought an extended guarantee and called to have someone come out to help us with a problem with our refrigerator leaking. They said it was our fault and that it was not covered by the guarantee. It flooded the kitchen. We got it taken care of, but they did not come out until five days later. I am not real happy with Lowe's and will not ever contact them again. It cost us $145 for them to come out to tell us that it was not covered. I never had a problem with Lowe's before this. They did nothing so it was way overpriced for what they did. The person was two hours late when he came out. He was professional, but I would not write home about it.

We were charged $125 above the $129 from Lowe's to install a piece of 30and quot; wood. Installer was Greg Major of Base One Plumbing and Construction. Home is 40 years old, we've had 2 other dishwashers in. Shocked to find out the extra cost. Tried to talk to Lowe's, sales person was polite, transferred to store manager who never answered. Store manager was to call back and never did (two different times). We're happy with the dishwasher but feel we were taken advantage of by the installer. We would not use Lowe's installation services again.

They have done a wonderfully meticulous job and our pavement looks just beautiful. I cannot think of anything bad except for this, that they had left the yard in a messy state, because it was wet and he said he was going to come back when it had dried out for cleaning it up, but has not done so till now.

I brought my measurements and the people who worked in the department helped me determine how much I needed to buy; helped load it into the cart, and then at checkout a loader put it all into my car.
I only had to wait 5 minutes, as there was one customer ahead of me.

They subcontracted someone to do the remodeling services for us. It took them years complete it, and they never actually got it completed, and we had to get our own person to come out and pay for it to get done again. They installed our cabinets wrong, as they installed them too high, so they were not able to put the molding on it that came with it. I could've had a better way to put it, and they made me feel like somehow we had done something wrong . They made promises that they did not keep, and they just overall didn't do a good job. They made promises that it would be done before thanksgiving, and actually it was done three years later, and it was just nothing. We recently had someone else come out and put the crown, and they had to cut it down so that it would fit because the way they installed the cabinets if they would put the crown with it then they wouldn't have been able to open the cabinet door's, and It was awful . The quality of their work was very ballpark. If they would have done what they were supposed to do then the price would have been fine, but because they didn't for the money I felt the price was not fine. No one makes a customer feel that they did something wrong when you're the one who has done wrong, especially with my mom who was in her seventies. I would not use them again in the future.

They were really great. They had to special order this refrigerator.They were very responsive. I noticed a scratch and they were immediately available to have it replaced. They asked if we needed an entirely new one or just needed it replaced. They were very helpful. We got it on a sale price as well. I will continue to buy my appliances from them.
