Lithia Body & Paint of Medford

My insurance covered everything over the $1000 deductible. Lithia had a contract with the insurance company which made things very easy. Estimate was done quickly and the repair scheduled about 10 days after. They estimated 5 days but it took 1 day longer. I was satisfied with the quality of the work done.

Their technician and management ignored the recommendation from both assessors and my request for no bondo and repaired the panel with bondo and so devaluing me vehicle when I come to sell it. The magnet test is a fail on that quarter panel. They gave no excuses, they did not contact me at any point during ( as they were keen to point out that they would - every couple of days) the repair to say they were not following the quote they supplied. And now they are not prepared to do anything about the unhappy customer they have created. I will not use them ever again should be need body services.

I was hit while my car was parked in a parking lot. Of course the guilty party took off and left no information. Lithia Body Works was great! They provided an estimate quickly, the repairs were done the following day and the price was better than reasonable. I would absolutely go to them again.

They communicate very well, they always call if anything is not clear to start with and also report to us about their findings. Then, they always do a very good quality work. We have used them five times to date.

Wonderful service. Wonderful experience, even though it was a costly mistake that led us to Lithia. Our service representative, Tom, followed up on everything. The work was done and of excellent quality in less time than expected. They helped us to secure a car rental and kept us constantly informed of the progress of the repairs. Would go there again, but hope the little mistakes have ceased.

They were extremely good. They call you up a couple of weeks after to take feedback from you. They did a fabulous job. I had my newer BMW repaired over there and we were in a little collision. They replaced the panels and they were super. It was a really good experience. They were good.

They were great. They did a good job and it was done in a timely fashion. The insurance paid for the repair, they weren't the cheapest but that's where the insurance company wanted us to go.

Jeff Miller did an excellent job of getting all repairs done in a timely manner and you could tell the new from the old. They worked with the insurance company and my involvement was minimum. I highly recommend them for glass repair, replacement and minor touch-ups.
