We closed on our new home in Oregon on December 23rd.  Our household goods were due to arrive on Thursday and Friday the 26th and 27th which left only Christmas Eve for the carpet installation!  Not only did Lippert's get us the carpet and pad over the Holiday, they actually were able to get it installed on Christmas Eve!!  One word.....Awesome!

great service under less than ideal timeframe!|we were in the process of relocating to Oregon and had only a 3 day window from the time we closed on our home until our movers arrived with our household goods. All this happened over Christmas to add to the difficulty. The sales staff and installers at Lippert's not only got us our carpet and organized the whole transaction, they even were able to get the carpet installed on Christmas Eve!!! The great service, understanding of our tight window and compassion for the situation (move, relocation) left me with a stellar impression of Lippert's. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly to anyone in the Rogue River Valley.

I liked the fact that Liperts was prompt on arrival.  The installers whom came over were pleasant to deal with and the work went very smoothly.  The work itself turned out very very well.  We were on the verge of taking all the carpet out.  There were large water stains on the carpet.  They sent a young man out to fix the carpet.  After a few attempts he was able to remove the water stains and it looks good as new. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and I am considering them for future work.
