This is the second time we have used JR Wrench Works and would use them again. The first time it was the air conditioner in our truck. It worked for a short while but he said to bring it back but haven't done that as yet. Most important I think they are honest which is very important to us.

We took our Altima to Jon, told him the noise it was making. The airconditioner was not blowing cool air, and we had thought there may have been a wheel bearing issue. Jon replaced the alternator, added more freon, both of those issues are taken care of for the price he quoted, and the wheel bearing turned out to be a tire issue which he saved us a LOT of $!!! I HIGHLY recommend his shop and have taken our truck to him as well!!. He does excellent work!!

Made an appt. Friday to take my husband's Tahoe in to get the air conditioning fixed. I commented to Jon (The owner) that I HATE to drive that car! He asked a few questions, listened to my answers, then told me his probable diagnosis. He came back and told me what they found and what they needed to do (which was exactly what he thought it would be.) They fixed it quickly (without telling me I needed a new A/C). I was out in less than an hour.
Jon was so sweet. He turned the car around so I wouldn't have to back it up. I HATE to drive that car!
He's the best! It's hard to find an honest mechanic. He's it!

Problem not solved yet but he had the car on many test's. My brother, use to have own shop, couldn't quit figure it out either. Jon, owner, has taken care of our vehicles for 20+ yrs. He also repairs some vehicles for the state highway dept. His office needs help but he waste's no time on getting things done. Very nice crew and professional. We have a Dodge 2500 diesel cummin's pickup, a Metro and our 97 Camaro.

Very happy to pay this bill. Didn't need a fuel pump after all, nor a bunch of other things we were told needed done. Never had to take the car back to get a poor job corrected. Our breakdown happend too late to get the car towed to Jon's JR Wrench Wroks, so we had it taken to another. Next day, we had it towed to JR's Wrench Works. Not a problem with the work that was done, car is just fine.
