On Tuesday, June 23, 2015 I called Jose about doing some yard work. We agreed that he would come on Thursday, June 25th at 3:30 PM. At 4:15 he still had not arrived so I called him. He did not answer, so I left him a message. He never showed up or called me back. I scheduled my whole day around being at my house in time for our appointment and I expected him to do the same. He has always had a problem with punctuality, but in the past he had never not shown up at all. I will not use him again.

Better than expected! I bought a short sale that had lovely gardens as well as ponds that had not been well cared for. The whole 1/4 acre was brought up to my standards. The work was very efficient and a reasonable price. I hired them to be my permanent gardeners. They have continued to provide excellent service and knowledge. They always come when they say they will and are most pleasant to work with. I have had many gardeners in the past at other properties and feel these folks are the BEST YET!

He is punctual and I can count on him. If I have any problems I'll let him know and he will correct them.
